"Overall poor experience. Not cleanly. Inaccurate listing, particularly as it relates to the airport shuttle. Lights went out often. Walls and windows are super thin. No rest - could hear everything. Poor outdoor lighting. "

" My stay here exceeded very expection from moment I arrived, the atmosphere felt peaceful, secure, and professionally managed. The room was exceptionally clean, well-organized, and designed for true comfort. I slept perfectly and woke up refreshed. What impressed me most was the attention to detail and the welcoming environment. This is not just a place to stay, it’s a place to experience comfort and peace. I will absolutely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality and...

"The receptionist and cleaning staff were very good and helpful. I will definitely stay there again"

"My family enjoyed everything about this property. The housekeeping and cooks were our highlights along with the great security guards that actually assist with luggage to the rooms. The breakfast is brought to your room FRESHLY MADE. Eggs, pancakes, fresh fruit, tea and coffee, toast and muffin. The only thing; the electric is ran off a prepaid card (as all of Rwanda), BUT the card ran out and I thought we were without electric until I looked around at the other rooms and seen that they had...

"not good , not recommend."

"Received one actual key and room furniture were old but room was clean. After figuring out the water heater, shower was ok but door missing so water went everywhere in the bathroom. Toiletries were available. No AC so they brought a fan."

"The bathroom had a lot of mould on the ground as the curtain did not stop water from spilling out of the shower area. The bathroom fan did not work, and the window in the bathroom strangely opened into the hallway. Staff were nice and helpful, and the air conditioning was nice, however the bed was very hard."

"The apartment was cozy, had everything we needed, in a great location and very nice. The staff was incredible and incredibly helpful and went above and beyond. They even provided laundry services, and help with various things. "

"Thank you"
