"Pleasant room with lovely view. Very well situated. Access to the funicular a real treat. Good range of food options and super breakfast. Staff all very friendly but poorly trained and managed. We were variously told that we could/could not have a kettle; could/could not use the new terrace area at all; could/could not have a drink there; could/could not have a meal there. Room service unreliable - we were missing towels, bathmat, toilet roll on different days. Muzak in the public areas was absolutely deafening."

"Character property, ideally positioned for access to restaurants and shops. Pleasant receptionist, good breakfast. We would stay here again. Sat nav did not find easily which probably was not helped by roadworks - but it would have been nice to be warned and given advice. Lovely area to sit at the back of the hotel which we did :). But found out from literature later that they would serve appertifs which we were not offered - that would have been even better!"

"The staff was great. Everything about the spa and hours were explained clearly and quickly. The morning breakfast had a wide variety of savory and sweet foods along with beverages. The view in the back is wonderful and quiet."

"Excellent séjour. Hébergement spacieux et très propre. Jardin immense et bien équipé (bbq, table et chaise de jardin et poules pour les enfants !) Très bon accueil de la part des propriétaires qui sont à la fois apiculteurs: je recommande d'acheter leur miel qui est délicieux.Hébergement bien situé, idéal pour randonnées, trails, sorties vélos et visite de Montjoie en Allemagne. PARFAIT !!"
