"No breakfast as advertised"

"Staff was very rude, I asked questions about room and host became very condescending and controlling and ultimately told me he would not honor my reservation. I am a late stage cancer patient and wanted to be sure room would be sufficiently clean just by what you could see. It was very dated and there were family hanging out everywhere… the host seemed very engaged with them more so then being hospitable to a guest. Would never stay there anyway, but I was exhausted from road trip. Over priced...

"Clean room and linens, comfortable bed, decent breakfast. I would stay there again. The lobby and hallway smelled really nice but they should put the smell in the rooms because the smell in there wasn’t very good at first till I sprayed with Lysol."

"There was blood in all three rooms we had booked. The walls were dirty with handprints, the plumbing was leaking, the A/C was not working correctly, and the breakfast tasted moldy and sour."

"We will never return to this hotel unless it undergoes extensive renovation. POSITIVES: it appears the room has new furniture, new vinyl floor and a new bedspread. It has a microwave, mini-fridge, coffee maker and a small cable TV. The hotel was quiet and the bed was marginally comfortable. The tub was clean, but when the bathroom floor was mopped, large wads of soapy hairballs were left in the corners of the floor. NEGATIVES: there was a thick, offensive smell of cigarette smoke in halls...
