"Hotel to absolutely avoid. The rooms are very dirty, poorly maintained, with an unpleasant smell and an overall condition that makes it feel like no serious cleaning is done between guests. The furniture is worn out, the walls are stained, and the bathroom was far from clean. On top of that, the hotel staff ripped out the charging plug from my vehicle while it was connected, causing damage to my charger and potentially to the car itself. They did not take proper responsibility, did not offer a real solution, and the customer service was completely unacceptable for this kind of incident. For a place that presents itself as a hotel and event venue, this is truly unacceptable. I do not recommend this hotel at all, especially if you have an electric vehicle or expect a minimum level of cleanliness and respect for your property."
