CLeaning staff did not know what they were doing, a cleaning residue was left on the floor and fixtures, the thermostat was confusing since it only showed the numbers 12 up to 15 with no clear way to adjust temp. Pillows were minimal in size and comfort which resulted in poor sleep.

The air conditioning did not work in my room. The staff gave me 2 fans but only 1 worked. I always have a problem when I stay here. But the staff is so nice (which is why I come back).

bathroom looked used when I walked in. Tv didn’t work. Didn’t clean my room even with the sign out. There were no irons in the rooms apparently they were “all out”

The staff was very friendly and attentive from the moment i checked in. The amenities and attention to detail was amazing. The breakfast was amazing and the staff made sure there was plenty for everyone for the duration of the deaignated breakfast hours. Will be making a return visit

Room was really filthy there was a lot of trash behind the bed there was a dead cockroach behind the bed dead lady bugs there was cereal and some pills on the floor overall the room was dirty I don’t recommend staying here at all also someone left there eyelashes on the side of the bed aswell the staff does a poor job at cleaning the rooms I don’t like to throw people under the bus but this place is disgusting
