"Room was clean bed was comfortable. Toilet was clogged up, told clerk and he used the plunger thought it was fixed but it wasn't and overflowed the next morning. Breakfast was very simple not much to choose from."

"The host communicated everything very thoroughly and timely. The Hobbit hole is a very unique home and it was fun to watch the Lord of the Rings while sitting in a room that looks so much like the movie. I surprised my daughter for her birthday and we got to make a unique memory by staying there. We got to do some great shopping at Funky Town and Bougee Thrift. Recommend staying at this property for a fun getaway."
