"I would stay at Saem again. The hotel is immaculate. They put great care into maintaining the whole property. Pool is also very well maintained. Beds were so comfortable and showers were hot with excellent water pressure. The first night, our AC had issues and they were very responsive and fixed it quickly. "Before arrival I received a text from the Hotel welcoming me and offering a SIM card for free data whilst staying there. When I arrived and asked about this noone knew anything about it. I asked then to check and get back to me. No-one responded, so I asked again at the desk, again showing then the message I had received from the hotel and was met with blank looks. I’ve no issues if this was a mistake but please make sure you change the message that’s sent to customers or respond when asked a...
