We arrived to a dirty home — the owner confirmed prior guests were to blame, but this was clearly not caught before our arrival. Cleaners were still on-site our entire first afternoon, so we had no privacy from the moment we walked in.After cleaning, the house continued to reek of smoke for all four days. The house is in a very convenient location, and it was perfect for our visit for attending the Commencement ceremony at Wake Forest University. It’s a few minutes from WFU and just a couple of minutes downtown to visit some fantastic restaurants. Perfect spot for a weekend to Wake Forest football or basketball game. "Very nice setup, but wasn't aware that it was a basement that was converted into a studio apartment! Bathroom is extremely small, but shower can fit two! Ceiling in the shower was unfinished, which exposed tubing and insulation!!! Terrible!! Toilet is so close to the wall that it is a struggle to use it!! Hot tub downstairs, which I assume is for basement renters, was completely disgusting!!! My wife and I were lucky to be able to use the one upstairs, only because no one hadn't shown up yet!!!...
