"Bathroom in serious need of remodel , looked dirty. I had to buy a plug so I could use the tub. Mattress needed upgrading. Cutting board in kitchen was stained and very worn. Something I would have thrown away. Could adjust volume on TV. Inside of oven needed cleaning. Very disappointing, and was rated excellent on the App. Beware of those ratings."
