"The hotel needs updating both inside and outside. Basically feels grungy. Bathroom needs a gut so new fixtures can be installed. The toilet has been replaced but it has a slight angle toward the wall verses set straight on. The parking lot was filthy. This property was at one time quite nice even as it aged, but it has been a victim of poor management and maintenance for obviously quite some time."
