"It was an okay apartment, you pay for what you get I guess. It’s really good for if you’re in town for something so you just need a place to sleep. The Chinese shop next door, just be mindful it’s cash only. So when I got home late tired and hungry, driving to find cash machine wasn’t as important as sleep😅. They did however answer the phone quite late, when I needed them. So it was nice to know someone was always available for help."

"Unique place to stay when in and around Birmingham/Coventry. Outside of normal convention but adds a different slant to your night away. Close to NEC.
Good food in the Quicken Tree."

"Avonpark House is a very good travellers rest. Comfortable and clean, our room was a reasonable size as was the ensuite. It’s a walkable distance into the centre of town. The hosts were friendly and welcoming. Good parking available and an excellent breakfast."
