"Had a room with 2 queen beds. Room was very large. Very good hot breakfast. Unfortunately the pool was very cold. My grandchildren could not swim. Hot tub was also only lukewarm. Disappointed. Requested an extra pillow. Was told here were no extras."

Unfortunately the bedroom had a glass door with an odd see thru curtain which didn't provide privacy for changing, or overnight. The room smelled quite musty and the carpet seemed damp. In the washroom the ceiling above the shower was damaged, as were the walls in a few areas. We appreciated the amount of space in the room, but thought the hotel needs a refresh. "I know this will sound excessive but none of this is an exaggeration. Upon arrival, the parking lot had cavernous potholes. This building should have been torn down long ago. When we arrived, we had to wait ten minutes for someone to show up at the front desk. I have a mild handicap that makes stairs difficult. No elevator and my room was on the second floor. The key would not work in the lock. The bed was the cheapest and most worthless I have ever seen. I do not have back problems but it took...
