The Governor’s House

"This is a grand old house and the owners are great hosts. They take wonderful care of the property and respond to any questions quickly. The house is a stately old Lewistown house. The best part is the porch! We all sat out there every evening and even enjoyed a major thunder storm while on the porch one night, without getting really wet.The house is well kept and has a brand new kitchen. We highly recommend “The Governor’s House” and it’s proprietors. ."

"Although they don't serve breakfast, the beds (mattress and pillows) would be right at home at a place charging 2x+. The staff is really nice and friendly. They make you feel welcome right away. The room I stayed in was clean and had a beautiful ceiling. I'll be staying there again anytime I need to go to Lewistown."
