"Lovely clean room. Pool very nice with friendly staff (changing rooms were a bit chilly). Seemed quite quiet at night which was nice and peaceful. Overall a nice place to stay."

"Upon booking my room and two others I took the pub & grill upgrade. £75 for a £90 voucher for myself and two friends. It took two hours to get staff to understand that I had upgraded. I paid the full food & drinks bill which was just over £123. I was then debited from my card £123 (bar/food bill), ..."
