Villa over 2 floors, with sea view in Rovinj-Borik

The detached house is surrounded by a well-kept and mediteran garden and a closed parking.
For self-catering!
Villa Vanessa is just 200 meters from a natural pebble and rocky beach. A little further is a newly landscaped -very beautiful pebble beach with promenade.

The house is spread over 2 floors. The upper floor is accessible via a spiral staircase. The outdoor area has 2 large terraces with a beautiful panoramic view over the sea. It is equipped with seating and sun loungers.
There are 3 bedrooms, two with double bed and one with single bed. There is air conditioning, satellite TV and internet / wi-fi.
The living area is lovingly furnished with everything you need in the home, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and freezer / cooler combination.
In the open conservatory you can stay anytime and eat with a view to the outside.
Also, the house has 2 bathrooms (1 large and 1 small) and 2 toilets.
The living area comprises approximately 130m² with ground floor,
1. Floor and terraces.

At the top of the bedrooms is a "panoramic room" from which you can enjoy a wonderful sea view of the church of Rovinj.

Borik is a quieter and greener (pine trees!) Suburb of Rovinj.
The center of Rovinj is 2 km away from us, so easy to walk (about half an hour) or from Camping Amarin accessible by taxi boat.
The grocery store 'Konsum' is only 50 meters away.

In the immediate vicinity there are several restaurants.

The homeowner and a very dear, black free-range German Shepherd live in the lower ground floor of the house us are always approachable with questions and helpful.

Good but not great. Very clean and well equipped, poor wifi, steep stairs, long walk to town, quiet.

Good location, 35 minus walk to town. Very clean. Negatives are poor wifi, very steep spiral staircase to top rooms. Hostess very strict about air conditioning. House is well equipped.

Eine sehr schöne Woche

Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet, es ist alles notwendige vorhanden, sodass wir uns wie zu Hause fühlten. Die Lage ist perfekt – ruhig gelegen und dennoch zentral, sodass man schnell überall hinkommt. Sei es ans Meer oder auch nach Rovinj. Besonders schön sind die Terrassen, wo wir unsere Abende verbracht haben. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen sicher wieder. Frau Ciliberti ist eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Person und hatte den ein oder anderen Tipp für uns.Wir können dieses Ferienhaus jedem empfehlen, der Ruhe und Erholung sucht und dennoch einiges unternehmen möchte.

Das Ferienhaus ist wunderschön, bestens ausgestattet, außerordentlich sauber.!Wir hatten dort eine wunderschöne Zeit, begleitet durch eine sehr sympathische, freundliche ,hilfreiche Gastgeberin !Im Wintergarten kann man wunderbar speisen, nachdem man in der sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche gekocht hat, auf den Terrassen entspannen und in den gut ausgestatteten Schlafzimmer mit sehr guten Matratzen hervorragend schlafen. Wir waren mit Leihfahrrädern unterwegs, zum Badestrand und in die Stadt ist es eine sehr kurze Distanz.Restaurants ,Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Fahrradverleih sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.Wir können den Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus sehr empfehlen

Liebe Frau CilibertiUnser Urlaub war wunderschön, wir haben uns in der Villa Vanessa sehr wohl gefühlt, die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet, die verschiedenen Balkone für alle Wetterverhältnisse nutzbar, Rovinj ist immer eine Reise wert, die Villa Vanessa ebenfalls!Man kann Rad fahren, spazieren gehen, wandern, schwimmen, relaxen, alles was das Herz begehrt! Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus in bester Lage. Das Haus war sauber, geräumig, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Einkaufsmöglichkeit, Restaurant und Strand sind bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir durften hier ein paar sehr schöne Tage verbringen und möchten uns noch einmal ganz herzlich bei Frau Ciliberti bedanken.

... erholsame Tage im schönen Istrien.

Die super gepflegte und geräumige Ferienwohnung mit zahlreichen Möglichkeiten, draußen zu sitzen und von der oberen Terrasse traumhafte Sonnenuntergänge über der Adria zu beobachten, der Besuch der nahe gelegenen Strände und von Rovinj als "Perle der Adria" sowie die herzliche Gastfreundschaft von Frau Ciliberti haben den Urlaub rundherum gelingen lassen! Das Gebäude ist sehr sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden, um sich selbst zu versorgen. Klimaanlagen ist in jeden Raum vorhanden. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und spricht sehr gut Deutsch.

Haus hui

Sehr gepflegtes Objekt, genau wie beschrieben. Alls vorhanden. Haus = super. Die Vermieterin war sehr misstrauisch und wir hatten den Eindruck, dass sie ein wenig neugierig ist. Ein Stück weit kann ich das verstehen, aber es wird nun mal vermietet und da sollte man nicht x-mal hören, dass schon wieder ein Glas kaputt sei. (Bei uns war es 1 günstiges Ikea Glas). Hat menschlich einfach nicht gepasst, aber das kann immer passieren.

Herbstferien in Istrien

Wir haben unsere Herbstferien hier verbracht. Wir waren zum ersten Mal in Istrien und waren angenehm überrascht, was man hier im späten Oktober als Naturliebhaber erleben kann. Die Pizza Marina bei Dario ist ein Muss!

Erholung pur!

Wir wurden sehr freundlich und herzlich empfangen. Das Objekt bietet reichlich Platz für 2 Paare oder eine Familie mit 2 Kindern. Es ist liebevoll und mit allem was man benötigt eingerichtet. Mit allen möglichen Fragen kann man sich an den Vermieter richten. Der Strand ist in nur wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, an dem man auch, wenn man möchte einen Spaziergang machen kann. Rovinj kann man gemütlich in ca. 30-40 Minuten Zu Fuß erreichen oder man nimmt das Taxiboot, das von Amiori aus startet. Eine einfache Fahrt kostet p.P. 30 Kunar. Nicht weit von der Wohnung befindet sich ein Einkaufsladen und Restaurants. Wir haben uns bei Familie Ciliberti wie zu Hause gefühlt und freuen uns bereits heute auf ein Wiedersehen, denn hier wird man zum Wiederholungsbucher. Nochmal vielen Dank für alles.
