"We had a really good overnight stay. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and sorted a couple of small issues in the room quickly and apologised immediately. The breakfast was amazing! It’s a wonderful central area next to the cathedral. We’d definitely stay again. Thank you to the staff who were so lovely. Just use your sat nav carefully for the car park and take care as it’s very narrow inside but wonderful to be able to park so closely and securely right next to the hotel. The code to get into the street and then the car park was really efficient."

"Without doubt the best IBIS Hotel we have ever stayed in, the staff were excellent as was the food Just off the centre but only a very short walk to the cathedral and old town, highly recommended for a short stay"

"Our first time in Rouen found it a really nice place can’t say to much as we only had one night but for what we paid I can not fault it . Basic but clean staff very helpful so would go back"

"Room was spacious and clean. Hues were dark and so was the lighting in the room. No fitness center. Lift is tiny. Across street from train station. About half a mile to town center for tourism…with shops, museums and restaurants. Parking is located a block or more from the hotel."

"We stayed for three nights. On our first night there was a problem with the AC so we were moved to an upgraded room for the following two nights. They were very helpful and understanding. Both rooms were lovely and the beds were very comfortable. Lovely quiet location and vibes inside the hotel. We made use of the spa too which was lovely."

"Nice small room right across the street from the cathedral. Clean and comfortable property with the smallest elevator I have ever seen. Hard to get to because of the pedestrian zone but parking is reasonably close. Great restaurant downstairs."

"I really liked this hotel. I wish I had booked it for an extra day or two. The town was beautiful. I wish I had more time to explore it. I would come back and recommend it to friends and family."
