"Pros: The staff was very friendly, especially, Jamie, who served breakfast each morning during our stay. We got there at 12pm and they allowed us to check in early, which was helpful. The hotel is easily by public transportation. The included breakfast was great. Cons: There is no AC in the rooms, only tower fans so may not be ideal during summer months. "I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The customer service was among the worst I have experienced. Several staff members were rude, dismissive, and unwilling to listen to guest concerns. Whenever I tried to explain an issue, I felt that I was immediately dismissed and even accused of being dishonest rather than being treated with respect and professionalism. What was most frustrating were the numerous unexpected charges. Guests should be aware that calling reception by dialing “0”...
