Fewo Nordlicht

Der Aufenthalt in der Fewo Nordlicht hat unseren Erwartungen voll entsprochen. Die Wohnung hat eine gute Lage, ist sauber und ordentlich, man fühlt sich dort sehr wohl. Der Selbst Check-in war besonders lobenswert und hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Somit würden wir die Wohnung wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Perfekt für ein schönes Wochenende in Warnemünde.

Top Domizil in top Lage

Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen. Sie ist ruhig gelegen dennoch zentral und man kann alles fußläufig erreichen und besorgen.

Die Wohnung liegt seht zentral und ist trotzdem sehr ruhig.

Es war alles sauber und sehr nett eingerichtet. Es war alles da, was wir brauchten. Das nächste Mal werden, wir aber eine wohl eine von den größeren Wohnungen nehmen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und wohnen im Haus. Man kann, wenn man will, sich jederzeit an sie wenden.

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Unterkunft war gut, obwohl beim reservieren ich von der Unterkunft ausgegangen bin, die man auf dem Foto gesehen hatte und war dann erschrocken, dass es eine Kellerwohnnung war, die jedoch in Ordnung war. Sie lag sehr zentral. Es war trotzdem ein schöner Urlaub.

Wir hatten die Fewo Sonnenschein gemietet. Wie in den vorherigen Bewertungen beschrieben eine schöne eingerichtete Fewo im Souterrain. Positiv: separater Eingang, tolle Küche und kleines feines Bad, alles sehr modern. Negativ: leichter Modergeruch, über den Schlafraum hört man sehr laut die Geräusche des Obermieters. Da wir meistens unterwegs sind ist die Fewo ok.

Sehr schöne, gemütliche Ferienwohnung in top Lage! Alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Das einzige Manko an der Wohnung ist die Hellhörigkeit. Man hört leider jeden Schritt aus der darüberliegenden Wohnung. Also unbedingt Oropax einpacken ...

Im Grunde super...

Nur die Handhabung/Beschreibung für die Schlüsselübergabe ist etwas kompliziert geschrieben. Unübersichtliche Beschreibung und veraltet. Das beschriebene Geschäft, welches zur Orientierung angegeben wurde, existiert nicht mehr unter dem Namen. Wenn man also eine lange Anfahrt hat, reicht die Geduld und Aufmerksamkeit nicht mehr völlig aus, um das Rätsel auf Anhieb zu lösen. Da bleibt ein Anruf beim FeWo-Vermieter leider unumgänglich. Über dem Schlafzimmer hört man die Dielen der darüber liegenden Wohnung sehr stark beim Gehen der Personen. Ich habe es nicht als schlimm empfunden, kann aber ziemlich nerven, wer für sowas anfällig ist. Ansonsten alles da, was man braucht. Nette Vermieter. Sauber. Modern. Gerne wieder! Jetzt weiß man ja, wie das alles funktioniert! :-)

Urlaub Warnemünde

Die Lage der Wohnung ist gut, Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist gut geschnitten, hübsch und gut eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt. Wir können diese Wohnung nur weiter empfehlen.
