The apartment features a balcony, high-quality amenities, and a quiet location, just a few kilometers from the Baltic Sea. Whether it’s a family vacation, a city break, or a relaxing getaway by the sea—your vacation begins the moment you arrive.



The Space:

This bright apartment is located on the first floor of a building renovated in 2025 and is easily accessible by elevator. The heart of the apartment is the cozy living room, featuring a queen-size bed (140 × 200 cm) and a sofa bed. Laminate flooring, wheelchair-accessible amenities, and blackout blinds ensure comfort and tranquility.

The kitchen is fully equipped—an induction stove, dishwasher, air fryer, toaster, coffee maker, and kettle are all provided. The modern bathroom with a bathtub is the perfect place to wind down after a relaxing evening.

Entertainment is provided by a TV, Wi-Fi, and a selection of board games—ideal for cozy evenings.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire apartment as well as the 6-square-meter balcony with patio furniture—smoking is permitted there.

Free parking is available on-site.



The Neighborhood:

The surrounding area offers everything you need on vacation: shopping options like Rewe, Netto, and bakeries are within easy walking distance, as are a medical center and a pharmacy. For families, “Karls Erlebnis-Dorf” in Rövershagen (approx. 11 km) is a popular destination.

The sea is about 7 km away as the crow flies—it takes only about 15 minutes to drive to the beach in Markgrafenheide or Warnemünde.



Getting Around:

The Friedensforum tram stop is located right in front of the house, about a three-minute walk away. From there, you can quickly reach downtown Rostock or the main train station. Buses and the “Hohe Düne” ferry also make day trips flexible and hassle-free. For active guests, there are bike paths and fitness facilities nearby.
