"What a beautiful room with incredible views. Clean, comfortable with everything you need for a night away. All rooms are adjacent to the pub in a separate building. Opening French doors give a wonderful view. We ate at the pub and the staff were friendly and very helpful. We'll definitely be back!"

"Our stay was truly wonderful at this charming hotel. We arrived late and couldn’t find a restaurant open anywhere in town. Jack at the front desk and his staff went out of their way to fix soup and sandwiches for us in the bar. They were very helpful in suggesting an itinerary for a day trip in the Cotswolds as well. Our rooms were very nice and the location was very convenient. I would definitely recommend this hotel."
"Outstanding staff with great personalities throughout the hotel. Willing to help and made our stay extremely enjoyable. Collectively, probably the best hotel staff I have had the pleasure to meet. The hotel was clean, comfortable and had all the facilities you could need. Had a lovely swim and used the steam room, that was enjoyable. Enjoyed our 2 course meal and after dinner drinks. The only downside is the continuation of the franchise to charge for parking. The room was well presented, clean and comfortable. Have stayed in its sister hotel in Wolvercote and this was the reason I booked for our group of 4, as that was a great experience also. I recommend both hotels and woukd definitely stay again."
"Second visit to The Chase hotel, very pleased with everything. Nice rooms, comfy bed. Haven’t tried breakfast but ate from the lounge menu in the evening which was very good."
"Bedroom 120 is very tired! Tatty. Needs a total refurb. Needs a fresh set of eyes to look at it. Windows dirty. Damaged door with tape on it - painted over . Old -worn bathroom. Give it 3/10. The corridor needs a proper good clean as well.
But despite that the staff at hotel especially at check in were absolutely outstanding. Really warm and lovely. 10/10.
The rooms need a big total makeover -"
"This is a fabulous base for exploring the Cotswolds. The staff is very helpful, and the restaurant is very good. There is also a shopping area close by (King’s Walk). The hotel car park is difficult to access. There is construction that prevents Google Maps from providing accurate directions. The front desk staff tries to give directions, but it was hard to digest. Overall the hotel room and amenities and breakfast were quite good."
