The house has capacity for 6 people and is located on a quiet street, which guarantees maximum privacy and tranquillity during your stay.



The distribution of the house is divided into two floors. On the first floor, you will find a spacious living-dining room with access to a beautiful terrace, where you can relax and enjoy the views of the mountain and garden. The house has 3 bedrooms, one of them en suite with bathroom and bathtub, and another bathroom with shower. All bedrooms have air conditioning to guarantee your comfort at all times.



The open kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, fridge and freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, kitchen utensils, toaster, coffee maker and kettle. This way, you can prepare your own meals and enjoy dinner with family or friends.



On the ground floor, you can enjoy the private swimming pool surrounded by a spacious terrace and a porch with a barbecue. Perfect for spending a full day relaxing in the sun and enjoying a delicious barbecue in good company!



The house also has a washing machine, iron and ironing board for your convenience.



Furthermore, the house has wifi and television with Dutch and German channels, so you can stay connected with your loved ones and enjoy your favourite programme.



And for greater convenience, there is an outdoor car park for 2 cars, so you can enjoy your holidays without worrying about parking.

Is electricity included?

Due to the significant increase in energy costs, the rental price includes a basic consumption of 15kw per day. If this is exceeded, extra kw will be charged at current market price. The kw/h rate will be indicated in the rental contract.



What dimensions does the pool have?

It measures 4x8m with a maximum depth of approximately 1.70m.



What are the beds like?

There are 6 single beds of 90x190m.



Are the towels included?

No, but we have them available for rent.



Who is responsible for maintaining the swimming pool?

The technician comes once a week.
