"Staff was great. They are doing renovations. The room we had was across from the pool and the door had spacing around it that let in some of the dampness. The air hadn't been in when we got to the room so it exasperated the issue and had a bit of a smell. We were only there for one night before we were hitting the road again the next morning. Staff was super friendly and breakfast was great"

"When I get there I’m told that my reservation doesn’t exist because when I booked with expedia the hotel I booked with (Microtel) was sold to a best western and the reservation got lost basically. The staff at the hotel was really helpful and kind. I’ll never use expedia again but that’s not the hotels fault. Also the customer support staff for expedia were literally the worst most USELESS people I have ever spoken to in my entire life. Just completely useless and unhelpful. We talked in circles...
