"I’ve stayed at many hotels, including the Martha Washington in nearby Abingdon. The rooms were bigger, cleaner and a better value at the Western. Growing up in the area, I never thought we would have such a great hotel in St. Paul. I am looking forward to my next stay."

"Such a lovely cottage in an excellent location! The country vibe melds with the updated kitchen, with nice additions like coffee and tea, a washer and dryer, bike rack, and puffy queen bed. We'll be back in warmer weather to enjoy the porches and creek-side chairs!"

"The location and the price made it great. The furnishings and bedding need to be replaced, and the white painted woodwork needs to be cleaned with bleach, but nothing was unacceptable. The front desk clerk was a very friendly guy!"
