Appears doing renovation so that you have hurricane and purchase. Nice pool right on the water. And the staff was super great. Love having sounds of the ocean waves while I was sleeping

Roseau is an old island town in a poor country. It has charm due to the primitive buildings painted bright colors, and the locals overall are very friendly and good hearted. Look for the "Juice Guy" who sells juices and Seamoss drinks from his van.
