"I would say the hospitality from the entire work staff was impeccable, even though we were there at possibly the worst time in history during hurricane Melissa the staff made sure that everyone was safe and well taken care of outside of the fact of us not having any running water or air-conditioning. We had food and shelter. The resort also make sure logistically that everything was accommodated for."

"I unfortunately was victim of Hurricane Melissa and spent my vacation as well as many extended days in Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall. Although I was not able to enjoy my vacation to its full potential due to the weather circumstances, I wouldn't have chosen a better hotel to stay at during those difficult times.
