Trust us again! After our Villa in St Pol de Léon (Abritel N ° AB675550, 32 5-star reviews), we offer this new new Villa in Roscoff to have a new experience!

Upscale Architect Villa with breathtaking views of the sea, the Port and the Marina.
The viewpoint is ideal for seeing the Ferries broom going in and out of the port. What will delight young and old!

This Design Villa has been specially designed for seasonal rentals with quality services: comfort and tranquility will be there!
It is located between the Old Port and the new Port de Plaisance. Both are accessible directly on foot in less than 5 minutes.

New Design Villa of 105 m² with 1 floor on 1000 m² of land, without joint ownership:
The 45m² living room is widely open to the sea with a 5-meter bay; equipped kitchen, dining room for 6 people, 6-seater lounge with 160cm LED TV and Bose home cinema. WIRELESS.
The living room is also open to the maximum on a 25m² furnished terrace;
The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms with 3 private bathrooms, Italian shower 120 * 90; 160 * 200 bed with quality bedding. Possibility to separate a 160 bed into 2 * 80.
Entrance hall, WC and storeroom.

A deposit of 1500 euros will be requested on arrival uncashed when handing over the keys by check for French or in cash for foreigners.

Maison moderne avec tout le nécessaire. L’accueil est chaleureux et les instructions pour l’électroménager sont claires. La vue est splendide. Ménage ok. La propriété est tout à fait conforme à l'annonce. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et sa maison idéale pour un séjour à Roscoff. Très bien située, le centre ville est accessible à pied. La vue depuis le salon est superbe. L'aménagement et les équipements sont vraiment parfaits. Le logement est particulièrement propre ce qui est très appréciable. Allez-y les yeux fermés. Nous reviendrons si l'occasion se présente c'est certain.

Une location superbe dans un environnement, Roscoff, magnifique.

Nous étions 4 dont 2 ados et nous avons passé une excellente semaine. La location est magnifique , spacieuse, bien agencée et tout confort. Les matériaux et les équipements sont de qualité (un grand plus pour l'environnement TV _Audio Bose ... mes ados ont adorés) L' environnement est très calme malgré la proximité de la route et la villa est parfaitement située dans Roscoff (10 mns à pied du centre ville et du quai pour l'île de batz). Associée à une vue superbe sur la mer et la Marina, nous ne pouvons que recommander fortement cette location. Un grand merci Mickael pour votre accueil et votre disponibilité.
