"We arrived on a Friday to stay the night. after checking the client list, it was determined that when i booked the reservation the system booked it for Saturday night.
they were fully booked for the Friday night. Shane, i believe was his name, and staff may a phone call for us and got us a reservation at a near by hotel that had 1 room available.
they went out of their way to help us. i just wish we could have stayed there as i am sure their hospitality would have been fantastic.
it was a disastrous situation turning into a great experience all because of the staff at Grizzly's Lodge. thank you Grizzly's
