"All good"

"The air conditioning in my room did not work. I reported it several times, and staff kept saying they were working on it, but nothing was resolved. I requested another room and was told none were available. The only solution offered was a fan. I paid full price for a room with working air conditioning, and a fan was not an acceptable replacement. Because the issue remained unresolved, I left and returned home. I am requesting a refund because I did not receive the accommodations I paid for."

"Great option to stay in Rosarito"

"Room was out of internet the whole time I stayed at this place and there was no electricity and no water for 2 days straight, so think twice before booking."

"AC was not working, the door of my room was not working properly."

"Great place to stay. It was very safe and clean. Love the amenities"

"one of the elevators wasnt working so everyone in the hotel was waiting for the elevator forever. the staff were rude (but so was I... I didnt say "please" and "how are you?"). the in-room desk was topped glass so my laptop mouse didnt work. I had to work in the lobby which has a lot of mini desks and seating so not too much of an issue except for plugs/noise."

"Good service and cleanliness"

"Breakfast buffet was very good"

"Parking was horrible, stalls and entry are small and narrow, but during this visit they were full. Staff was unable to provide options when checking in, they were rude and not understanding of the situation or just didn't care. Very upsetting, I arrived at 3pm for check in my room wasn't ready, I was forced to leave due to the parking restrictions, when I returned a little over an hour not much had changed with the parking."
