It’s within walking distance of Dam Square, shopping, restaurants, and many major attractions. The room was fairly clean but very basic. There wasn’t even a coffee maker or kettle in the room, and I had to pay €0.50 for a very small cup of hot water in the lobby, which was disappointing. The breakfast also did not live up to the description on the website. It was quite average and below our expectations. "This hotel is located in an area where parking on the streets of the town is required and parking machines don't accept foreign (american) cards. There is also an app that can be loaded onto a US based iphone... Team member confirmed that they would refund since I had to find a different hotel but until now I haven't received a refund (one week has passed)"
