Brand new beautiful hotel on the Susquehanna River - great breakfast and very clean!!

We stayed here for 3 days & were very happy with the lovely accommodations. The room was charming & spotless & the breakfast buffet with homemade goodies was very nice. The property was beautiful with flowers everywhere & even the animals were sweet! It was a pleasure talking with the proprietors & we learned a lot about the area.

I love the front desk Chelsea~ She was very informative and detailed with explaining about the facility. The room was absolutely clean and my puppy was very happy with the room. I highly recommned this place for your family with your little fido

We can’t say enough! The location was perfect, walking distance to shops and restaurants! The Warwick Ephrata Rail trail is so easy to find in Lititz! 8.5 miles of gorgeous shaded & sunny paved trail! Have a cold drink Griddle & Grind and ride on back! Lots of benches and bathrooms along the way. Restaurant in hotel was fantastic and Mexican across street great!!! Go to the Tomato Pie for breakfast, so good. And there’s a great Cafe New Holland also is great! Don’t miss the Sight & Sound Theater...

Property is very nice and well maintained

The hotel is a great value, very clean and the staff is so warm and welcoming. The complimentary continental breakfast is great, the room is comfortable and spacious, and it is so convenient to area attractions. The only reason for the 4 on comfort was the lack of firmness of the bed and lumpy pillows. However it's the only hotel I've ever stayed in where there are enough pillows for each guest to have 2 pillows each, which is wonderful! The grounds are beautiful, and there is plenty of...

The owners,Tom and Amanda, are warm and friendly. The breakfast provided was delicious. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this bed and breakfast. If you book anywhere else you have passed up this Classy motel! Modern, tastefully decorated and super cleaned. We LOVED everything about this motel and it was a bargain! Your crazy if you book elsewhere!

We stayed here for our daughter's field hockey tournament at Spooky Nook, 24 minutes away. Beautiful farm country and the cabooses converted to motel rooms were so cool! I noticed they were in the process of updating the interiors of some of the cabooses, ours was a little bit in need of attention but it was minor cosmetic. Very nice comfortable room. Very clean and nestled in a beautiful area. There's a corn field behind the hotel and a beautiful farm across the street. There are lounge chairs in a grassy area in front of the hotel and we watched the Amish buggy's pass by all morning. This is the best area to stay in!

Staff was very friendly and attentive. Even called our room after checking in to see if everything was to our liking. The entire hotel was spotless. People were constantly cleaning, even washing the windows. Breakfast had many choices! Right next-door to the outlets!
