"We were a bit confused by this hotel. This is a luxury boutique hotel that didn’t really feel like a luxury hotel. The staff were nice which is expected but didn’t go out of their way for us. The location is excellent and our room had a beautiful view of the Portofino piazza but the windows all had signs saying “please keep windows closed”. Our room furnishings were standard. "Team Amazing! Andrea always available and super sweet and helps us to get a reservation in the restaurant that we wanted to have dinner. For the price I believe it was a little pricing taking in to consideration that the room was a little bit up. However the view and location amazing."
