"Computer at reception was down when we arrived. We were told to come back later. Staff was not accommodating. No manager on duty to assist. On site parking was full. Had to park 5 blocks away. Very frustrating "

"Our stay was perfect in every way--we loved it! The location is gorgeous and convenient, just outside of Ronda in the tranquil countryside. We had a wonderful conversation with Jorge, who cooked us a delicious dinner. The stay was very relaxing, we highly recommend, a find!"

"Really nice hotel, funky decor and lovely amenities. Friendly staff and the bar and breakfast was superb. Got a good deal for our stay. Reason why it's 4 stars is because of 2 things - they were working on the hotel so it was really noisy and woke us up early every morning. Also in the winter you have no control over the room temperature so it got really hot. I did ask at reception but the only advice was to open the patio doors, not ideal to keep the noise down as the hotel had quite a party atmosphere! We ended up leaving a day early to avoid the works noise"
