"The property is nice. Unfortunately my door code didn’t work but that was resolved fairly quickly via WhatsApp. The big issue was it was extremely hot in Bergamo (33C) and there was no air conditioning. I reached out but was informed it goes on July 1 so the first night was very uncomfortable and difficult to sleep. Fortunately they turned it on Day 2 and it was fabulous. I could not have stayed a second night there without AC. You couldn’t open the windows as the street noise was too loud with open windows. The reception person was absolutely lovely. The unit is comfortable and has everything you need to travel including waters in the room. Had the AC worked Day 1, I would probably rate it a 10 but when I only could sleep one of my two nights, I can’t give that rating."
