"Booked this hotel via the Wotif app and the room was clean and looked exactly as advertised but the listing itself was misleading. This listing does not state that this hotel is situated in someone’s house and that you have to walk through the owner’s personal living space and belongings to access the room. "The hosts Saloua and Pascal were very welcoming. We highly recommend reserving a dinner; the pasta with salmon was amazing! You should try it. The house is very clean, open, and nicely decorated. The lake views from the patio and garden are stunning. We enjoyed our interactions with the pets as well. In fact, we liked our stay so much that we already booked a return visit. "

"The staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and we had a good view from our room.
The breakfast was good but expensive if don’t eat much.
We were disappointed with the service at the Le Safran restaurant. The service towards the people that spoke French was very good. We ordered a bottle wine and it was delivered to our table and he didn’t open it. We had to call the waiter to open it. Again, we had to get the waiter attention to order our meal. Yes, we should have left, but I thought let’s try it. We didn’t go back! We were Disappointed with their services. Thanks!"
"Beautiful hotel in quiet location on banks of Lake Geneva. Make sure you get a lake view room, one of the most beautiful views of the lake and mountains in the world. Hotel restaurant also excellent."
"It's an OK hotel on a decent part of town. Walkable to many attractions. I'd pay more next time for nicer hotel. My wife would give it a better review than I did."
"The place is fine and the location is a good location, but we have a problem with the lights in the room that keep on going off during our stay when we were up and yet they keep on turning it on multiple times during the night when we were asleep therefore we had a bad bad stay we couldn’t sleep well we felt like in the morning we have been up and I think that is definitely not acceptable. I notify the front desk about it and they just say will notify management which in the sense didn’t help us at all because having the worst night unable to get some rest is not what we wanted to have in our trip."
"Breakfast was very poor value for money @ CHF26. Plenty of items available but the ‘hot’ food was lukewarm at best. Expected better for approx £25…but that’s Switzerland pricing, I suppose"
"The staff was amazing from check-in to check-out. They were consistently warm and welcoming. They answered questions and offered informed advice. The room was small but laid out beautifully, giving a sense of spaciousness and comfort. The location was wonderful. It was across the street from the train station. It is a five minute walk to the art museum. It is a two minute walk to the funicular which takes you up to the cathedral and restaurants and shops of downtown. A bonus for vegetarians and salad lovers: there’s a historic cafe in the train station with great food and coffee. And the setting is lovely. "
"Great property by old town. I had a Lakeview room which was wonderful. I cut my foot on some broken glass in the room which was unfortunate but otherwise nice facility."
