"We had a great time using the paddle board at the beach and the beds were comfortable. The AC was very nice to have in the heat! Kitchen was well stocked and the grill was nice. We had thought it was direct water access but it is quite a walk (about 10 mins) to the beach area. We wanted to use the kayak but there was no way to get it to the water easily. We did enjoy the paddle boards and chairs at the beach though!"

"Everything about our stay was great and problem free. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. They had a good selection at breakfast and plenty of room for seating. We had never been to Maine so this was our first introduction and they represented well. I would gladly stay there again and would refer others as well!"

"Very cool recently updated property in an old mill with very high ceilings and exposed brick. Everything was super clean. Our room was more like a suite with a separate bedroom and a sitting area(both with TV's). Small fridge and microwave perfect for storing drinks and heating up leftovers. Bathroom was large and modern. Few things to note - this is an unstaffed hotel so all communication is via text. Also there is no coffeemaker in the room - there is a kettle and coffee and tea bags, but the on-site restaurant has coffee and opens at 7AM."

"Lobby was beautiful, restaurant was nice, staff were kind. A bit expensive for the actual room, don’t think it’s worth $420 for the location. Also didn’t love the mildew in the shower. It overall the bed was comfy and everything else appeared clean"
