    Spacious and comfortable apartment on the third floor with no lift in a typical district Trastevere. Large living room with dinning area up to 8, Smart Tv, small balcony looking into the courtyard, double sofa bed and lounge space for to stay all together. First Master bedroom with the king size bed and single sofa bed, wardrobe, library and drawers. From The living room there is access to a bright bathroom with the shower & small balcony, fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and the entrance in a second Master bedroom with the king size bed, big wardrobe & drawers. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement à Rome. Le logement était très propre, confortable, bien équipé et parfaitement situé pour découvrir la ville. Nous avons pu visiter plusieurs endroits à pied, tout en profitant d’un quartier agréable. Il y a beaucoup de restaurant! Il y a un café au coin de la rue et une épicerie. La communication avec l’hôte a été excellente du début à la fin. Il a toujours été très réactif, attentionné et disponible lorsque nous avions une question. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié son aide rapide lorsqu’un petit problème électrique est survenu dans l’appartement. Tout a été pris en charge avec beaucoup de sérieux, ce qui nous a permis de poursuivre notre séjour sans inquiétude.Après de longues journées à visiter Rome sous la chaleur, c’était toujours un plaisir de revenir dans cet appartement climatisé:)Nous recommandons cet hébergement sans hésitation et nous y retournerions avec grand plaisir lors d’un prochain voyage à Rome. Merci encore pour ce merveilleux séjour!

Great location! We loved walking downstairs at night and having multiple restaurants/cafes/bars steps away from the front door. You could hear “street noise” when in the bedrooms from the lively atmosphere downstairs, but nothing that kept us up. The beds were larger than we expected which was a plus! In our research, we were aware that the air conditioning in Italy may not be quite what we were used to in the USA, but we were pleasantly surprised with just how cold the multiple AC units got! Definitely no problems cooling down. Having never been to Italy before (or Europe even) Google Maps had us worried about the walking distances between this location and our must-see sights. That being said, the strolls were quite lovely and took less time than expected, and there were cafe lined streets the whole way to stop for espresso or wine breaks if we wanted them! It was perfect.

Great location!

This is a lovely apartment in Trastevere, in a neighborhood that has a very fun nighttime vibe. Our host, Ekaterina, was amazing. The entire check-in process was seamless. She provided lots of info about restaurants and points of interest. It's in a great location for restaurants, there are quite a few on the same block. Would highly recommend a stay here if you're looking for fun nighttime ambiance that's walkable.

Spacious apartment, responsive host. Amenities below expections

Positive: This is a spacious apartment and the host was responsive. The neighborhood has great restaurants and vibrant nightlife. Not as Expected: The description notes two king beds while elsewhere as doubles. We found the bedroom off the tv room with a double bed and the bedroom off the kitchen a slightly wider bed (neither are king size). My husband and I selected the bed off the kitchen and put the children in the smaller double beds. We found our mattress had a hump in the middle and depressions on either side which made us feel like we were sliding downhill all night. The wifi did not work in our bedroom (works in the other rooms) and the cell service is spotty. The washing machine cannot run without turning off the AC or it flips the main breaker and shuts off power to the apartment. The bathroom door has no lock. The shower is less than 30 inches wide so your elbows hit the walls. The drainage is poor so the shower pan fills up quickly and you stand in a couple inches of dirty water. The toilet button needs to be pumped to work and sometimes doesn't. In all, the bathroom feels like something in a youth hostel with cracked tiles and gunky caulking. Prepare for many stairs to the upper unit and lots of noise at night from the bar across the street then the garbage trucks. The instructions require that you walk 5 min with sorted trash for recycling or be charged 10 Euro which is not included in the cleaning fee.
