We loved this place to stay. It was very close to restaurants and the Fountain Trevi. The area comes to life at night. Easy walking distance to the metro and shopping. Would stay again.

The location was convenient, but that also made it very very noisy at night. Our windows didn’t close all the way so it was hard to sleep. The room was not in great condition, but it was clean and very spacious. We were grateful for all the communication with staff, but the man at the desk was not friendly and quite rude to us.

the hotel was in a great location to sightsee but it was so close to the sightseeing that at night it was very loud. Delivery trucks all Night long both nights we stayed in rome. The hotel was very clean and staff was very nice

Great Location and Customer Service

Great spacious clean accommodation in an amazing location to the Trevi Fountain. The team here at amazing and defiantly are all about great customer service. Also can arrange transfers between airports or train stations. Highly recommend to others as the place to stay near the Trevi Foundation or Rome in general. We shall be back next time in Rome.

Check-in was hard. No one was at the property to assist until after 9am however states they are there at 8am. They don’t say which floor to go to etc. they can do a lot better for checking details and timing

I stayed at Town House Roma with my wife and kids. The location is perfect, with several restaurants and attractions at a walking distance. The Fontana de Trevi is on block from the hotel. The suite was the perfect size for a family of 5, everything was clean and working properly. The only issues were 1) Since the area is really crowded, with many people around the hotel, you can hear the noise all day and night around. The hotel should install noise cancelation windows. 2) The internet was working very slow 3) The hotel was supposed to organice me a Limo service to pick me up at the airport, however it did not show up. I recomend you for you to organice your own transportation.

Vi valde hotellet mest pga centrala läget men blev besvikna av hur skicket var, trots att ha läst tidigare positiva recensioner. Det var inte ordentligt städat, fanns hårstrå på säng och vid toalett. Sänggaveln var smutsig. Vattenkranen funkade inte ordentligt och skvätte vatten när man använde. På morgonen när vi skulle checka ut såg vi en insekt på väggen ovanför sängen som såg ut som en vägglus. Sängarna var OK. Luftkonditionering funkade och hotellet låg nära restaurang och butiker, nära fontänen. Vi fick snabb service när vi skulle checka in. Men den bristande renligheten drog ner på upplevelsen tyvärr

トレヴィの泉のすぐ真横で4泊5日泊まって毎日すぐ見れるのは良かった！ トレヴィの泉のすぐ近くで値段を考えると値段相応なのかもしれないため星３つです。 しかし、部屋は狭い！ 窓自体が汚く、外の空気も汚いので窓を開けての換気をするという考えはないと思う。 部屋は狭く、湿気がたまる。 換気扇はあるが、いまいち。 空気の入れ替えは出来ないと思ったほうが良さそう。 空気清浄機を置いて欲しいと思った。 ドアを開けて、空気の入れ替えをしてましたが、やや怖かったです。 そしてフロントマンが朝から15時までしかいないから治安面を考えた時に心配ではあります。 デメリットも含め、泊まることを考えたほうがいいと思います。

La proximité c’est vraiment le plus !

Points + : 🔹 proximité de la fontaine de trevi, on peut tout faire à pieds 🔹 l’air conditionné 🔹 la dame de l’accueil très gentille 🔹 un accès à une cuisine partagée, pratique pour se faire un petit café ou réchauffer un plat Points - : 🔻 le wifi vraiment pourri, il a fallu faire avec la 4G 🔻 j’ai réservé un transfert privé avec eux, j ai attendu 30 min et il n est jamais arrivé, j’ai du prendre un taxi, pour commencer le séjour c est moyen. 🔻 la chasse cassée qui coule une fois sur 2 🔻 le bruit et le peu d isolation, on a l impression d’être dans la rue 🔻🔻🔻 le monsieur du Menage ! Si vous avez le malheur de vous trouver dans la chambre quand il a décidé de faire le Menage, il sonne 3 fois quand vous lui demandez juste 5 minutes, il souffle, à l’air agacé ! Il vous met la pression pour que vous sortiez de votre chambre ! Pareil le lendemain, vous devez quitter la chambre à 11h et il refait le coup à 10h40 !

Auf ersten Blick sieht alles gut aus, aber viele Einrichtungsteile sind kaputt. Keine Ablagen in der Dusche und ur ein kleines Hacken für nur ein Handbuch. Mann bekommt leider nicht das Zimmer, das beim Buchungsbestätigung abgebildet ist. Es ist schwer abzuschätzen ob wir die selbe Zimmer Kategorie bekommen haben, aber denke dass haben wir nicht . Auf den Bildern sieht es definitiv besser aus.

Vi hade en bra upplevelse av vår vistelse. Otroligt centralt vilket vägde upp allt (kunde höra fontana di trevi från rummet). Vi kunde gå runt till alla större sevärdheter i stadskärnan och tog bara kollektivtrafik till vatikanen. Till detta pris betalar man dock inte för något superboende, var lite slitet och trasigt, kunde varit mer noggrant städat och fått tillgång till ordentliga hygienartiklar då vi köpte detta på egen hand efter att ha testat de som erbjöds. Vi hittade ingen strykbräda och strykjärn. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal! Skulle kunna återvända

The stay was okay. Location was superb - around the corner from the Trevi fountain. BUT… the pictures on here bear no resemblance to the apartment we were in. Disappointed by the standard of the property as we were expecting to stay in better accommodation.

Le monsieur de la réception est super sympa, hotel propre Se situe à 50 mètres de la fontaine de trevi et à 15 min - de beaucoup de lieu a visiter Super séjour, rien à dire
