We had no idea that after riding an elevator to the third floor, there were two additional flights of stairs to negotiate with our luggage. We also weren't told that the elevator won't work if the outside door is not closed properly. On three separate occasions, we arrived back at the building only to find the elevator stuck on either floor 2 or 3. And finally, the hot water heater failed to produce any hot water, usually when we were tight for time. I brought these issues to the attention of our contact, whose responses were mechanical. She did not take any responsibility, express any understanding, or acknowledge that something should be done to make amends. There's a booklet meant to serve as a reference for questions. It does not provide any detailed information.
