We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is excellent, within walking distance of most major attractions, making it easy to explore the city. The reception staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, providing helpful tips on getting around and excellent restaurant recommendations. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of food and beverages to choose from. The restaurant staff were also very attentive, regularly checking to make sure everything was okay. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, making it a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the friendly service, convenient location, and excellent breakfast. We would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

The room was very nice. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, breakfast was good with a nice variety of hot and cold food and wonderful pastries and fruit. We appreciated the restaurant recommendation from the staff. Luggage was brought up to our room. It was a great experience.

This hotel was clean snd the room reasonably attractive, but overall not remarkable considering the price. While the staff was friendly and considerate, they made an error with our very expensive cruise port transportation (although we had confirmed the correct information with them 3 times). We were left waiting at the Civitavecchia cruise terminal over an hour beyond our scheduled pickup (no seats or services in the departure area). As an apology, they offered 1 drink at the bar and we don’t drink, lol. I will say that the breakfast was good and the breakfast staff very helpful and humorous. It’s a pleasant enough place to stay and in a good location, but not a great value.

We stayed in a suite in August. The room was spacious and well-appointed. The breakfast was wonderful and staff was friendly. The location is convenient. The only complaint we had was the air conditioning. Our room was very very warm. Our kids stayed in the suite’s middle room, which was particularly warm, even after we set-up a fan. We are okay with warm, but this was a bit too warm and hindered our kids’ sleep. Otherwise, the stay was really great and we would highly recommend the hotel, especially in cooler months.

Giorgio was great! as was the rest of his staff. Great info, great recommendations, impeccable service. Very clean facility within walking distance to many of the great sites in Rome. Pantheon is literally a 2-3 minute walk from the hotel, the Trevi fountain also within walking distance past the pantheon in just a few minutes. There is a Rooftop bar and lounge , we didn’t have time to experience, we were seeing Rome in one day, but it was a beautiful space with plenty of room for the guests. 5/5 stars overall.

Best part was the location. It was walkable from key tourist spots as well as from bus stops. We would stay here again only for that reason. Room and property were clean. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Only one little complaint is that the door handles on the closet door were utterly useless. Opening the closet doors was a pain.
