  • This delightful apartment is located on the fourth floor without lift of an ancient building in the heart of the city, a few meters from the Spanish Steps. The apartment is very characteristic and furnished with taste and attention to detail. Original features such as period ceilings have been retained, combining contemporary design and comfort. It can accommodate up to 4 people and consists of a comfortable living room with two single sofa beds and dining area, equipped kitchen, a mezzanine with double bed and bathroom with shower. Very bright, it has an ideal location, in the heart of Rome, from where you can easily reach - both on foot and by public transport - all the main places of interest. A few meters away there are restaurants, shops and bars and the metro stop

What a lovely apartment!

A 2 minute walk from the Spanish Steps, this apartment was perfect for our (my daughter and myself) 9 day visit to Rome. Great location, fun and quirky decor, and just the right size!

Arrival was a little complicate din terms of communication with the agency. The appartment was really well located and had great potential (even though it needs some fixing). Calm environment. Carefull, 4th floor no elevator.

Great stay, great location

We stayed at this apartment for 5 days. The location is amazing. Super close to metro, groceries, restaurants, gelato :) and of course the Spanish steps. Walking distance to a lot of things.Check-in was easy, unit management was very professional and helpful. Unit was as shown in pictures. Overall a cozy stay and would book again if back in Roma. Its top floor with no elevator so set your expectations accordingly before booking. It was no problem for us.

The location of the apartment made the price worth it. Not only around the corner from the Spanish Steps, but adorable, quality and well-renowned cafes just outside the doors with high-end shopping. Property is on the tippy top floor of the building, lots of stairs with steep stairs up to the loft area (watch your heads) so be weary when booking. Vrbo does not manage the property, communication must go through the point of contact provided to you through weekly rentals. City tax per night must be paid in cash. Overall a fantastic stay in an epic location.

Spagna has a wonderful location but that is all no were on the booking says that is was no elevator The door key did not work properly took us at least 10 minutes to play with door to be able to open The toilet broke we were not able to flush for over 1 day I tried contacting the number on he application and sending messages no one replied and when they finally replied they referred me to the young man that meet us to give me the keys Joi is the only good thing on that place he went outside his job to help with the luggage 5 floors up He fix the bathroom he was very attentive answering my calls

We stayed for 3 nights in April 2024. Just around the corner from Spanish Steps. Vatican City, Colessuem and Trevi Fountain all within 30mins walk. The apartment is smaller than the pictures make it look. We hardly spent any time in the apartment though. Because of the fantastic location I would completely recommend for a short stay if you are just looking for a base.

Perfect spot near the heart of everything. Very clean and had anything we would need. Charming and beautiful! Only warning is that there are many steps to get to the apartment, but we thought it was worth it!

We had an enjoyable stay here. The bed/pillows weren’t the best but were serviceable. I don’t believe the listing mentions this anywhere, but be prepared for five flights of stairs and no elevator. This was an unexpected surprise for us and our luggage upon arrival. Wonderful area!

Rome was in the midst of a terrible, life threatening heat wave and this apartment had a broken AC. The man checking us in insisted that it was working even though it was clearly only blowing warm air. When it became clear we were not going to stay there he called the owner and spoke in Italian thinking we did not understand. He stated the it was a “very bad day. The internet isn’t working AND the AC isn’t working”. They continued to charge us the full balance even though we had to leave for a hotel. In my 15 years of using VRBO, I’ve never had such a horrible and unprofessional experience. BEWARE.

Worst experience ever, we were in constant communication and the host, who never arrived, sent someone else that was 25 min late. He was rude, asking us to pay and when we contacted expedia for help we didnt get a response. Neighbors were very noisy, we felt insecure, top floor with slippery and cockroaches on them, my kid fell and the main door was always open. TERRIBLE! Would not come back or recommend it for anyone.

AC was there. Place was super cute and ideally located. We walked everywhere. Of note, this is a fifth floor walk up so be aware before you book. Communication was overall good except when we had a problem (door buzzer--super loud--went off at 8am and we couldn't stop it) and we didn't get a response for more than 2 hours. If you are self sufficient, this is a great place. If you have a serious problem and it takes 2 hours for someone to respond. That's a problem. We truly enjoyed our stay and loved the location.

This apartment is not what it appears in the picture. It is smaller than it appears. The couches look dirty probably because they need to be replace or recovered. We did not realize there was a door blocked off that looks to go to another apartment. There was noise we heard at night from that direction. We were told that the lock was difficult to work and I wondered why they have not replaced the lock. We could not lock the door at night; too late to have the manager come to fix. The apartment is on the fourth floor, so if you are older or handicapped it would be a challenge to get the suitcases up or down. Also, the loft stairs are steep and no railing. The bed was very firm.We booked this because of the excellent location and the lower price for that area. So a good deal if they other factors do not matter to you.

Nous avons passés 4 nuitsL’emplacement est parfait, nous avons tout fait à piedsPar contre l’appartement est mal isolé, les voisins tapent des pieds et les portes jusqu’à très tard. Il y a appartement collé à celui là et avec une porte communicante. Nous les entendions manger, parler, juste à côté de nous … c’était gênant. Ma fille a dormi sur le canapé et non sur le canapé lit car le matelas est vieux, pas confortable du tout. Il n’y avait rien pour essuyer la vaisselle dans la cuisine … pas de petites attentions (café, bouteilles d’eau) pas de pression pour se doucher … bref heureusement qu’il est bien placé et que nous y étions que le soir et la nuit

Beste Lage, einfach traumhaft! Man befindet sich im Herzen Roms. Meiste Sehenswürdigkeiten leicht zu Fuß zu erreichen, auch Petersdom. Man kann morgens auf den Pincio oder am Tevere joggen oder spazieren gehen. Supermarkt auch quasi um die Ecke.Schönes Ambiente, sauber, alles nötige ist da, Küche auch ausreichend ausgestattet, sogar die Heizung ist da, eher eine Seltenheit in Süditalien.Kommunikation mit dem Host unkompliziert und angenehm, auch bei Fragen während des Aufenthaltes. Nur wenn man Schwierigkeiten mit dem Treppensteigen hat, könnte 4. Stock ohne Aufzug problematisch werden.Gerne wieder!Herzlichen Dank!
