SPA apartment Via Barberini

SPA Barberini is located on the second floor of an elegant building with an elevator, at Via Barberini. It is furnished with modern and exquisitely Italian style. It features three large bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and lounge/dining room. It also has a Turkish bath. The apartment is located near Piazza Barberini, a few steps from the Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps and Via del Corso.

The property is a real gem, featuring a unique and comfortable space for the perfect Roman stay: spacious and bright bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, in marble and with a modern design but with a touch of classicism . Two of these bathrooms have a shower, the third has both a shower and a separate bath. Furthermore, the apartment has a Turkish bath. The kitchen has a dining table for 6 people, electric oven, refrigerator, and is fully equipped for preparing meals and cooking. In the same area there is a sofa bed and a TV, which create a small living corner. Finally, the apartment has a laundry room with washer/dryer.

From the apartment you can reach the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps in about 10 minutes on foot

Upon request, we can organize a transfer from/to the airport or station with our limousine service, Viano Mercedes and our trusted drivers.




For stays with a minimum of 5 nights, an extra cleaning service will be provided once a week.

City tax is not included in the reservation and it will be due upon arrival. The amount is of 6 EUR per person per day.


Arrivals after 20:00 require an extra payment of EUR 30, while after 00:00 the cost will be EUR 60.

The security deposit will be refunded within 7 days after check-out.

What a great find! Lovely and very spacious apartment in great, centrally located neighborhood. Easy distance to Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain. Had a wonderful stay. Hosts were so accommodating and helpful. If I could assign more than 5 stars, I would.

We had a very nice stay at the apartment. It is in a very good location in proximity to major sites and attractions and within easy walking distance. The host is very organized and communication is both prompt and helpful. We have stayed at other properties with the same host before and will do so again when in Rome in the future. The apartment is clean, accurately presented in the listing and photos, well appointed and spacious. A nice property with a nice host!

Amazing accommodations!

Very spacious, all beds very comfortable, location excellent by foot or train, kitchen well equipped, laundry room very convenient. Matteo and Francesco so helpful and on sight at arrival! They handled all airport transit and immediately helped us with any questions!

Great location!

This apartment was in such a great location, and was big enough for my family of 5. We were very comfortable here, and loved that everyone had their own space to shut down after a long day of sightseeing. I would absolutely recommend this place!

Amazing Apartment

We loved our stay here. We were able to check in early which was huge after an overnight flight with kids. Check in was super easy, we were met at the property. The place was spotless. The bedrooms are big and the beds were so comfortable. Each room has its own bathroom which is very nice. Location was excellent. Highly recommend and would return.

My wife and 4 kids stayed here for 2 nights while we explored Rome. The apartment was close to everything. It was very clean, had 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms and laundry which was so helpful. Great place to stay!

Excellent stay in Great Location

Loved it. Travel with my wife and two daughters and they absolutely loved the location and the unit. It is very close to most of the major attractions and the staff was super accommodating and allowing us to store our luggage and make sure that we’re able to get online when we had problems with our telephone service. Recently remodeled and everything was perfect. Thank you

Spent 2 nights here with family. Three couples in all. Perfect setup with each bedroom having its own bath. Great loaction to get around town. We had a great time with no complaints.

Very nice apartment in a great area for everything you want to do in Rome. Close to shopping, restaurants, and easy to get to all attractions. Easy walks to Trevi and Spanish Steps. Barberini is a lively area too. Property managers were excellent, and very attentive!

Great property, amazing service

The property was exactly as advertised and very clean. Large bedrooms where each couple had plenty of space and a very convenient en suite bathroom. A nice sauna is available inside the apartment. Great location and easy to access. The apartment is located on a very busy street so noise can be a problem.

Our stay in Rome

We had the best experience. We were met outside of the unit to show us how to get in, tour the unit, and answer any questions. They even arranged our pick up from the airport. It was a very personalized experience and was nothing short of great. The place was so nice and plenty of room for my family of five. I would most definitely stay here again. Our Adult Getaway

The staff were very friendly, helpful and quick to respond. The rooms were all very clean and the beds and pillows were really comfortable. They take great measures to ensure your safety and the location was superb! We did a lot of walking while in Rome, but the bus stop, taxi and Metro location are all at the end of the block and it's only two Metro stops to the train station. We picked this apartment because it offers three king size bedrooms each with their own bathroom and worked perfect for us.
