The house has easy access with convenient ramp according to law to access the building; double bed and the 2-seater sofa bed allow accommodation for 4 guests; open space with fully equipped kitchenette with electric oven, 4 burners, fridge and other utensils will be useful for every meal; washing machine, TV, wardrobe, sideboard; the bathroom also equipped for disabled people with shower and a balcony overlooking the inner garden sheltered from urban noise; It is equipped with heating that allows stays at any time of year. Apartment remains at the complete disposal of guests located in a building with a Concierge service that will take care of your security and external communication, cleaning of the common areas, correspondence, essential maintenance, etc ..

Despite that the house is located in a quiet area, which guarantees complete relaxation; surrounded by green spaces for walks, numerous cafes ready to serve you, a typical market and a shoe outlet for shoppers, the dinner of different specialties is served in one of the many restaurants adjacent to the house.
35 min by metro separates the apartment from the historic center of Rome, and with only 1 stop you can get to the excavations of Ostia Antica, along the bike path you can get to the tourist port of Rome or the historic center of Ostia, the airport it's 10 minutes by car.
