Amazing location and 5 star service. Cold towels upon arrival on a hot day after a long flight was so lovely. In Italy the rooms are usually tight. These rooms are huge ! Amazing bathroom too
The staff and team at Nobu were beyond excellent! They made our stay very comfortable, and very special while we celebrated our 25th anniversary! The best Rome trip we have ever had! Thank you Nobu
5 Star hotel without a doubt. Even the smallest of issues were dealt with immediately and with personal care. Staff was exceptional and property certainly represented the brand.
Hotel overall wonderful. Clean, well located, helpful staff, fantastic room accommodations. My only wish was a better restaurant like Doney next door at the Westin. While the Nobu restaurant had good food, I found the service lacking and no significant outside seating. Not a deal breaker but included herein for visibility.
Very clean and modern, staff remembers your name and all very kind. They even kept the restaurant kitchen open an extra 20mins later so we could come down to have dinner. Highly recommend
Beautiful property very centrally located! All of the staff were extremely hospitable from the door man, to front desk staff and room service. They went above and beyond to greet and speak to you each time they see you, help make arrangements for taxi or private transport and even assisted me in booking train transportation. Roof top bar is beautiful with a nice panoramic view of the city. Rooms were very clean and well decorated. Break fast was not included however there was breakfast being served in the restaurant down stairs for a nominal fee. The surrounding area is walkable full of other restaurants, bars and gelato stands. 10/10. I would highly recommend this property if staying in Rome.
Simply amazing! Special thanks to Alessia, Chiara and the other staff at reception and guest services. They went above and beyond! Great location and service is impeccable.
The property was very clean and well-maintained. I’d highly recommend it for anyone coming to Rome. My only criticism is the layout on the ground floor. There isn’t really much of a “common area” in the lobby to hang out, have a coffee, etc. The lobby space is a little limited, and the only restaurant is the Nobu restaurant. It would be nice if there were a bit more space with comfortable seating. But otherwise top marks for the hotel - I’d definitely come back!!
Not a five star hotel yet. Too noise during at night. Trash truck from 1:30 am to 3:30 am everyday made me impossible to sleep. Room was great beside bathroom need to be upgraded asap. Food is amazing. Will come back for the food but not for the hotel
The staff are impeccable! Friendly & amazingly helpful. Absolutely recommend this wonderful hotel. Good location - metro stop on the same block; walk through the metro to Spanish steps.
One of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Took my 10-year old for a mom-daughter trip to Rome and the staff took such painstakingly great care of both of us (and of her). Every detail was tended to and they were always so gracious. Much gratitude to Francesca, Alessandra, Marco, and Dominico.
The hotel itself is lovely, more on the modern side. Bathroom has a rainfall shower which was so awesome.
Food is also amazing. Great restaurant staff (thanks, Jeff!)
Thank you for such a memorable experience! We will certainly be coming back.
