The property was comfortable. Saying that it was quiet was a stretch. I know Rome is a vibrant city, but the noise at night made sleep very difficult. The property is a little tricky to find. There is no external signage sans a small label on a door bell button on the front door. We tried to call the property but no phone was answered. Whilst we did arrive later than we had said we would, plane delays are out of my control.

Buena ubicación y mala atención

Mi experiencia no fue muy buena, la atención fue deficiente. No nos proporcionaron jabon de baño por 2 dias. No habia nadie a quien pedirselo. La zona es muy buena ya que esta próxima a la estación de trenes y autobuses. La habitación simple y no actualizada, pero cumple su funcion sin ningun lujo.

Estadia excelente perto de tudo!

A estadia entrega o que o preço promete, conforto e uma excelente localidade pertíssimo da estação Termini. Há três quadras somente. As recepcionistas muito simpáticas, banheiro muito bom e limpezas tudo ok. Recomendo muito, uma ótima opção para começar os roteiros por Roma em diferentes direções.

Pode reservar sem medo!

Localização excelente e quarto bem confortável. Uma Guest House que não deixa nada a desejar. Dá para ir andando para vários pontos turísticos de Roma.

Nn consiglio questa struttura

Sono stato cliente di questa struttura prima della pandemia e posso dire che era molto curata,in questo soggiorno è stato deludente: camera piena di polvere,asciugamani nn cambiate e il letto nel secondo giorno nn è stato fatto,mi e stato risposto che in questo periodo di crisi nn c’è la persona che prepara le camere e il prezzo è talmente poco 35 euro a notte che nn ci si rientra con le spese

Big place for Rome.

was a nice place to stay with our two children. It’s simple and clean. Can’t remember if there was a tv we were in the room just to sleep and then our to explore. Not a lot of plugs but it was fine.

Ambiente ordinato e pulito Germano e Arianna disponibili e premurosi posizione strategica. Unico neo le camere con finestra in via Farini sono un po' rumorose di notte per passaggio tram.

No fue de mi total agrado. La entrada es en un edificio que no tiene ninguna señalización. La atención ni buena ni mala, regular. La habitación regular, baño viejo, la cama incómoda (mas alta al medio), la limpieza diaria muy pobre, el desayuno pobre, había que pedir shampoo y jabón sino no te dejan. La ubicación buena.

Cover of the sheet was disgusting. It was definitely not washed in a while so imagine what white spots were on it. Quality of the breakfast was below expectations. not mentioned super small bathroom and old building. It was creepy.

Budget Inn w/in walking to major attractions

The Inn is located conveniently only minutes by foot from the main bus/train station and to many major attractions of the city. This is a budget inn but the room itself was clean, had a mini refrigerator and hot water cooker for tea/coffee. The staff was very friendly. The bathroom was tidied but there was mold at the base of the shower. The Inn does not have a restaurant or 24hour reception but there is a supermarket down the street and a great restaurant right next door. Overall, this is a no frills budget Inn in a great location with many shops and restaurants nearby. (good to know-There is an elevator, but you have to walk up a few steps to get there. )

Ottima struttura e personale gentilissimo

Ottima struttura,posizionata vicino la stazione Termini e vicino a Santa Maria Maggiore,con molti locali e supermercati vicino.Poi vorrei aggiungere l’accoglienza e la gentilezza della Signora Arianna che ci ha fatto sentire come a casa,la camera stupenda con tutti i confort.Consiglio questa struttura e nn vedo il momento di ritornare a Roma per poter soggiornare

séjour agréable. Nous sommes très satisfaits . Métro à deux pas, Train également et aussi assez près des monuments principaux pour y aller à pied. la seule suggestion à faire : le petit déjeuner étant servi en chambre, prévoir une deuxième chaise dans la chambre , ce serait plus commode......

The hotel is not very clean. Our beds do not have blanket, however the service desk is only available in limited hours, so we had to sleep with our jacket on. The hotel is on 3rd floor, but there is no obvious sign on the street. It's on a busy street, very noisy at night. The benefit is walking distance to Termini station, but the neighbourhood is not nice, nor seems very safe to walk at night. I will not recommend it.

Relación calidad precio adecuada. Es una pensión sin mayores pretensiones. Nosotros lo utilizamos solo para dormir por lo que lo que íbamos buscando era limpieza, habitación cómoda y silenciosa y lo encontramos. El lugar está bastante bien comunicado. La chica de la recepción es de entrada de antipática pero al final resulta no serlo tanto. Si vas buscando lo mismo puede ser una opción válida. Tiene wifi gratis.
