Mit solo ophold i Oktober

Jeg var utrolig glad for beliggenheden, men at bo ud til en travl og stor gade, betyder også at det støjer om aften. Lydisoleringen imellem værelserne er også ret dårlig, så hvis man bliver nemt generet af andres “larm”, er det måske ikke stedet for dig! Udover det er selve værelset helt tilpas. Meget af indretningen er nyt, da de renoverede stedet under covid/nedlukningen. Jeg havde måske ønsket noget mere opbevaringsplads (i form af hylder) til tøj, men ellers var der alt hvad jeg skulle bruge. Ejeren var utrolig venlig og hjælpsom både ved min ankomst og da jeg skulle hjem. Pga Covid måtte rengøringspersonalet ikke være på mit værelse i løbet af opholdet, men det passede mig fint, da mit ophold kun varede 4 dage. Jeg kan klart anbefale Nakissa Inn til dem som ikke er bange for lidt støj og værdsætter en fantastisk beliggenhed til en billigere pris!

Dit hotel heeft een geweldige ligging! Bijna naast het Colosseum en het Forum, in de straat fietsverhuur en veel eetgelegenheden. Het hotel zelf is netjes, ruime kamer, maar simpel. Het ontbijt is erg eenvoudig. Dit hotel is zeker aan te bevelen.

El trato que recibimos por parte de el personal fue excemente. En todo momento muy atentos por cualquier cosa que necesitáramos. En cuanto a las habitaciones lo justo para dormir y descansar. La ubicación de el hotel lo mejor. Volveria a repetir sin duda.

No se dejen llevar por las fotos del "hotel".

No recomendaría a este hotel. De hecho, creo que no se le puede considerar hotel. La foto que está en Internet no es fidedigna. En realidad, sólo es de una parte de uno de los pisos del edificio que muestran. Muy difícil de encontrar. Pasamos varias veces enfrente de la entrada y no lo identificamos. Parece un departamento cuyos cuartos transformaron en recámaras. El desayuno es mínimo. No me dieron recibo oficial por los impuestos turísticos. No hablan inglés y la señora que lo atiende podría ser más amable.

Pro: 5 min walk to the Colosseum Con: There is no front desk. You are supposed to call them before you arrive. The number listed on Expedia just went to voicemail on many attemps. Could not fin the entry to Nakissa. A sign said 1st floor, but it was actually on 2nd floor. I inquired about where to park multiple time, with very little help on where to park, or what to expect. This place reminds me of a hostel. The breakfast looked like it was picked up at a 7-11. I would not stay here again, not a good experience.

Herrliche Lage, um die Ecke vom Colosseum. Zimmer hatte das nötigste, keine Luxusausstattung (zB kein TV) Die Putzfrau ist sehr freundlich. Vor der Ankunft muss man anrufen, damit die Rezeption besetzt ist. Der Herr wollte fast auf die Minute genau unsere Ankunftszeit im Hotel wissen, damit er nicht lange warten muss. Bei der tatsächlichen Ankunft hat er uns nahezu gedroht, dass nicht geraucht werden darf, sonst schmeißt er uns raus und verlangt eine Strafzahlung und ruft die Polizei. Alles andere bzgl Zimmer, Lage, Sehenswürdigkeiten usw. Mussten wir ihm aus der Nase ziehen... Service sieht anders aus.

Juhlamatka perheen kesken

Yövyimme Nakissa Innissä juhlamatkallamme äitimme pyöreitä juhlistamaan. Hotelli oli siistein hotelli jossa olen koskaan yöpynyt, sängyt mukavia (patja vain hieman liian pehmeä makuuni mutta erinomaiset tyynyt) sekä huone todella tilava toimivalla wi-fillä ja ilmastoinnilla. Aamiainen oli perinteinen italialainen aamiainen (croissanteja, vaaleaa leipää levitteineen, muroja jne.), ainoa miinus pikakahvista. Lähellä on runsaasti kahviloita kivenheiton päässä, joten niissä voi nauttia toisen aamiaisen. Huoneen ainoa miinus oli televisioiden puute, sillä tykkäämme katsella vieraiden maiden mainoksia ja ohjelmia, mutta se ei matkaamme kaatanut. Suurin ongelma oli kyllä meluisa alakerran baari, jossa pe-la-yönä meno jatkui aamuviiteen. Muina öinä melu loppui jo 12-01 maissa, mutta jos haluaa mennä ajoissa nukkumaan, tähän kannattaa varautua. Myös ovet eristävät heikosti ääniä, joten käytävän melu kuuluu huoneisiin. Parasta hotellissa oli aivan ihana ja kaikin puolin ystävällinen hotellin emäntä! Hän todella huolehti vieraiden tarpeista, oli meitä vastassa kahdelta aamuyöllä saapuessamme epäinhimilliseen aikaan check-iniin, tervehti joka kerta iloisesti tavatessamme ja piti huoneen todella siistinä! Tässä on ihminen täysin oikeassa työssään, sillä jokainen vieras oli hänelle tärkeä. Hän myös järjesti meille vaivatta hyvähintaisen lentokenttäkuljetuksen pois. Sijainti erinomainen!!! Suosittelen lämpimästi hotellia kaikille, joille meluisa alakerran yökerho ei ole ongelma.

Hyvin pieni hotelli, joka oli hieman hankala löytää. Sijainti kuitenkin erinomainen. Jos etsit perushuonetta, jonne tulet vain nukkumaan, tämä on hyvä valinta hinta-laatu suhteelta. Aamupala ei kovin kummoinen, mutta kiva kun sisältyi hintaan. Henkilökunta ystävällistä ja huoneen siisteys ja koko hyvä.

Great location

Great location, walking distance to the attractions, such as Colosseum, Venice Square. It also close to the supermarket, restaurants, ect. There is a pub downstairs, good price. We had lunch/dinner there for the days we didn't want to walk too far. The owner is very nice and friendly. He gave us a lot of helpful information on how to get to the attractions, helped us with our luggage and calling the taxi. Good experience!

Good location, but no staff

The room itself was ok, but the reception is not manned all the time. Had to wait for 20 minutes for checking in. Nobody at checkout ( 7:15 AM in the morning) either. Although breakfast was included in my booking couldn't eat anything as it only opens at 8:00 AM. How is it different from an Airbnb if there is no staff? Great location though. AC works well. Good water pressure in the shower.

Very close to the Colossium

Were booked in to stay at the Nakissa Inn but after the first night the manager moved us to a different hotel due to the noise from the bar downstairs. This is a good place to stay if you are going to be out and about during the evening. I can not fault the hotel/Inn as they were very helpful and went above and beyond to make certain our trip was pleasant.

Basic comfort with great location.

Nakissa is a very different, but a still a pleasant overall experience for us. The inn itself is small about 6 or so rooms all different from each other. Our first room had a nice street side view of Via Cavour, but was noisy from the bars below at night, so we switched rooms. AC is good. The front desk is only manned during the business day. After hours you called the owner on his cell phone. Prime location (1 block from the forum) and bang for the buck are its strongest qualities.

Hyvä "layover" vaihtoehto

Nakissa Inn oli täydellinen majoituspaikka meille, sillä viivyimme Roomassa vain yhden yön. Hotelli oli sijainniltaan loistava, sillä pääsimme kulkemaan jalan sekä juna-asemalle että nähtävyyksille todella helposti. Ilmastointi ja wifi toimivat hyvin, hotellissa ei ollut melua, huone oli iso ja henkilökunta auttavaisia. Aamiainen ei ollut häppöinen, mutta meitä se ei haitannut, sillä viivyimme Roomassa niin vähän aikaa, ja meille oli tärkeämpää nähdä mahdollisimman paljon siinä vähässä ajassa mitä meillä oli!
