Only a one night stay but loved the location. Zero complaints. Easy check in. It’s just a room with a bathroom, but it was all that we needed. The room was clean and a good size with a king size bed.
The rooms were spacious and we were pleasantly surprised to find true king-sized beds and updated bathrooms...whilst there's not much cupboard space, there's ample floor space to open baggage
One thing to note is that the entrance is from an alley so make sure the taxi driver drops you at the entrance because lugging roller baggage on cobblestone isn't fun...and be prepared to carry your baggage up a couple of flights of stairs
Perfect location and wonderful apartment. Not always fully staffed but easy enough to communicate via phone and text. Clean and air conditioned well! Very convenient for our family of four.
Room was perfect very clean and had everything you would need for a short stay in Rome. Close to all attractions and is perfect for restaurants and bars as are all within walking distance. Easy to check in and even provide snacks for breakfast and drinks. Would definitely recommend staying here, Maria was very helpful at all times.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at N-Space. The location is great, it was clean and reasonably priced, and their assistance with luggage storage and arranging airport and cruise transport was efficient and appreciated. One negative. The website statement that it is “Nestled on the first floor of a 16th century palazzo” is a bit misleading. While the entry door is on the ground/first floor, its two flights of stairs (no elevator) to reach N-Space and its rooms, which might be challenging for some travelers (especially those with significant luggage).
The room is big, clean and very comfortable. The staff is very helpful and good at communicating and answering any questions you have. The place is very convenient as it is very close to restaurants, trattorias, cafes and bars. The drawback to this is that the place is very much alive up-to 2 am in the morning. So if you’re a light sleeper you may have a difficult time sleeping from the noise coming from the bars outside. Still the place is conveniently located that you could walk to Piazza Navona in 2 minutes and the Pantheon in about 6. The Trevi fountain and the Spanish Steps are close by too. From the hotel the Vatican and the Colosseum are about 12 to 15 minutes away by taxi in opposite directions. Will cost you around €12-15. Overall, a great place to stay if you can handle some noise.
The room was a good size, was updated, and had the best air conditioning I have ever gotten in Europe! The staff was great (though only available 1 hour every day in the morning). Self check in was super easy, and the location was very close to Piazza Navona with a lot of restaurants and shops around. Would definitely stay here again!!
The facility was ok. We had serious problems to access the facility as we didn't receive the access info from the host until after another guest helped us to get into the facility. We called by phone but had no response.

Disliked: Staff & service, amenities
The location is good, but the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired, especially in the shower.
They leave a cardboard cup in the bathroom that looks like it has been sitting there for months. The air conditioner is also full of dust.
Communication with the staff was very poor, especially regarding access to the property and payment of the city tax. There is also no elevator, so it’s not ideal if you have large suitcases—you have to walk up two flights of stairs.
Overall, it’s okay for a quick stop, but nothing extraordinary.

Downstairs are popular bars. Crowds are there every night.
