• Bikes. 10 euros a day per person for the first two days and free from the third day onwards. Bicycles are on the ground floor in a 50 meter garage with these opening hours: Mon-Sat 06:00 am-01:00am and Sunday 06:00 am-10:00am / 18:00 pm-01:00am.
• Pick-up and / or delivery by car for the arrival and departure days. For example, from the airport of Fiumicino or the metro.
• We will accompany you to your destinations by car and then get back to you.
• Do you prefer to dine at home but not the usual pizza and do not tempt you to cook? Maybe we can help you prepare it for you. Titti is a fantastic cook.
• Breakfast cake and milk for the days following the first 10 Euros. They are usually delivered the night before.

• Electric Power consumed. The house has small 2000 watt stoves for bathrooms, 3 hot / cold air conditioners and many appliances. We prefer not to worry about your consumption and give you low rates leaving you the option of using energy according to your needs, paying it only if you use it and not in advance of a presumed consumption. We do not make any kind of gain on consumption. At your disposal there is an energy meter, which can be consulted at any time, which provides the cost of consumption to be paid at that time at a rate of 0.20 Euro KWh. To give you an idea by letting all the air conditioners turn on for 24 hours the cost is about 7 Euros.
