We spent one night at Hotel Miami, and overall, we had a pleasant stay. From the moment we arrived at the front desk, Mario warmly welcomed us and made us feel comfortable. The building is somewhat dated, but it was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was delicious and was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The bed, however, could have been more comfortable. We were given twin-size beds rather than a queen- or king-size bed, which was not ideal. Overall, we would stay at Hotel Miami again, especially because of its convenient location and close proximity to Roma Termini. The friendly service, cleanliness, and location make it a practical choice for travelers passing through Rome.

The most American sounding hotel in Rome, but don't let the name fool you. lol :) It is a lovely, quaint hotel. Its location is perfect. A short walk from Rome Termini station, or if you prefer it is literally the first stop on the metro from the station. It is an easy walk or metro ride to all of the sites you will want to see in the Eternal city. There are restaurants, cafes, shopping and grocery stores all within a few minutes of the hotel. The staff were absolutely delightful. The rooms are well maintained and comfortable. There was a kettle and mini fridge which are really nice when you want to have coffee/tea in your room and store a few food or drink items. We will stay here again on our next trip to Rome.

Clean room but very small. Max 2 ppl with 2 luggage bags. AC barely works. No fans. The breakfast options were great. No airport shuttle provided. Staff were not able to fix the AC in the rome heat.

Clean room. Staff was very helpful. Hotel staff generously helped us arrange transportation for 10 people from the airport to the hotel for a few days in Rome. They then helped arrange transportation to the cruise port in Civitavecchia and back to the airport when our cruise was over. Plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance.

A nice, clean hotel in a great location. Walking distance from the Colosseum and other must-see sites, close to the station for getting anywhere else (like Pompeii). Air conditioning was a god-send during a hot August trip.
