Ethel at the front desk was terrific! She helped us so much. She answered our many questions patiently and quickly arranged transportation to the airport when our own plans fell through. Gave this hotel the highest rating in each category. Will definitely use it again next time we’re in Rome.

The staff (Gina, Tea, Ethelle) are fantastic and extremely helpful. The location is close by to all activities. We have stayed twice and each time it has been a joy. The building is well maintained as are the rooms and facilities. Quiet area facing courtyards and large secure gates. Easy walks to any part of the city. We will be coming back in the future!

Property itself was okay. The only complain I have is there air conditioner needs some upgrade, could not make the cold. Customer service with the front desk was excellent. Location is outstanding very close to Travi fountain and Pantheon. Walkable to nearby restaurants, museums, bus stops Thank you so much to Gina and John.

Lovely few days in Rome. Our flight was delayed so we did not arrive until after 22:00. The staff on reception were very helpful, buzzed us in and answered any questions we had. He then spent time showing us on a map where all the sites to visit and recommended places to eat. The apartment was very comfortable, huge comfy bed and all was spotless. Cleaned everyday whilst we were out and towels changed. The shower was lovely and super hot water everyday. Coffee maker in room which didn’t dispense hot water for our tea so they also gave us a kettle. Easy early check out in the morning. Great location within walking distance to the Trevi fountain and the Spanish steps. Lots of lovely places to eat nearby. Would definitely recommend

Very inconvenient hotel, because it had no signs or proper direction, it’s inside a residential place, we were wondering on busy street trying to call them. No restaurant. Terrible bed, we could not sleep and are very sore. Air conditioning made terrible noises all night and room was still very very hot even with that horrible noise. It’s like chains knocking all night. Claustrophobic place. Inconvenient. They bring breakfast in the room because there is no restaurant. The bed was broken in the middle and we kept rolling to the middle and mattress was terrible, uncomfortable and sheets was ran out full of lumps making it more uncomfortable. Bathroom was clean. Staff was friendly.

This is a great but unusual hotel. Only 12 rooms and very little amenities, but clean, quiet and modern. If you are staying here, arrive before midnight. My plane was delayed and I barely made it.

My experience at Escapesuite was romantic and exceptional with a few minor suggestions I will share a little later. The room is extremely clean. Our room came with a sauna which was great for relaxing. The location is quiet and within walking distance of so much. Giorgio and John at the front desk were so helpful and patient. This was my first time in Rome and I will always have great memories of this place. Now a few suggestions. Please consider providing free ice, an ice bucket and microwave for your guest. This hotel/apt does not have a restaurant on the property. Providing guest with a way to reheat food or place the champagne on ice from the mini bar would be so helpful. Lastly, I am sad to report that I returned home to battle with a cold. The heat is controlled as one unit for the entire floor which is occupied by Escapesuite. You should consider giving every unit their own autonomy to control the heat. I was freezing every night. John stated that the heat had been cut off since the season changed. Not cool. Overall, the stay was nice, but I hate I am sick with a cold.
