First, I would say that the service (room and breakfast), and the person in charge, is very professional (thank you a lot Alessandro !). Now there is much to say about the management of the booking and the way the manager handles customer care. For this part, is at best sloppy if not dishonest. In my case, I learned, by a third party, saturday that the room I was occupying at been already promised to another client and that I was to go elsewhere monday morning. I agreed but sent a message to the owner, telling him that I hoped this will an isolate incident and he did assure me, that it would be. Tuesday morning, the janitor informed me, that I had to leave my room, this same day in order to accomodate other customers. The poor man seemed embarassed, told me He was sorry... I had just 2 nights left, so I agreed. But still a booking is not game of musical chairs and mister Schiano as no consideration for his customers.

I don't know how the facility is, because we never got in. We walked from the train station, but no one answered the door. A lady approached us and said she was the owner's friend and that he had overbooked the rooms. She said he had made arrangements for us to stay with her, but the owner never communicated this to us. He said he couldn't find me on WhatsApp and so had messaged me on Expedia instead, but every other host had found me easily on WhatsApp, and I never received any messages through Expedia. I was uncertain about staying with a stranger, but we took a chance, and she drove us 4km out of town and didn't tell us we were staying in her house with her and her 2 cats. We had paid extra for breakfast, so she said she would cook for us in the morning. The entire situation was inappropriate and poorly handled, and while the lady was very nice, we booked a different room and took the metro and then a bus to stay at an actual B&B that we knew we could trust. Miserable night, I don't recommend staying here.

soggiorno gradevole, pulito e la signora che si occupa delle pulizie e della colazione è molto gentile e disponibile. Il proprietario dovrebbe investire negli infissi, perche il rumore la mattina presto dalla strada e veramente tanto tanto, e nella doccia arriva difficilmente l'acqua calda

The staff was very kind. They usually serve breakfast starting at 8 AM but he days we were starting earlier they were kind enough to leave food at night the previous day. They were always asking if everything was good. Highly recommend this place. Subway and tram station is just three blocks away and there are super markets nearby.

De persoon die ons ontving in het huis is een hele aardige man. Goed geholpen. Minder is de staat van de kamer (deur klemt, stopcontact valt eruit), badkamer (douch niet onderhouden, wc bak lekt als je gedoucht hebt).

This is a B&B without the services associated with a hotel - given that B7B Santa Croce was a great place to stay, conveniently located , spacious, comfortable, and very affordable. We had the room near reception which is huge- with a large living area with a couch, a large sleeping area with a queen size bed, and large wardrobe, and a pleasant private terrace. We had no problems checking in after 5 pm because we notified the owner ahead of time. The housekeeping lady was there. She speaks not a word of English, and my Italian is virtually non-existent, but we managed to figure out the keys, access to the building routine. I did think that it would be much easier on her to have written instructions in some of the major languages. The breakfast, brought to our door every morning (prepared by our housekeeper), was generous (eggs, toast, yogurt, sometimes a sweet roll, cereal, plenty of coffee and hot milk. having our own bathroom down the hall was not a problem- the only time I ever saw someone else in the hall (other than our housekeeper) was the last night, which was a Friday. We never learned our housekeeper's name (shame on us!), but please give her a generous tip upon leaving. As far as I can see she not only prepares the breakfasts, she cleans the rooms as well. She is there from early morning until the evening. After a long day of sightseeing around 7 pm we hopped on the Metro at Termini and she was on our car, going back to the B&B (probably to help someone check in)!

The B&B was located near the metro and bus station which came in very handy for traveling. The host helped us very good and the services were good. They brought varying breakfast to our room. We had a room with a balcony which was nice in the evening. Our sheets and towels were changed frequently. The last day we had to leave early so Allessandro gave us 3 tickets to have breakfast at a coffee place early in the morning. Will book again if we're ever going to back to Rome!

The delivery of an excellent, large, and well balanced breakfast to the room every morning on time. The convenience to the metro and other public transportation was exceptional. The staff could not have been better, constantly going out of their way to please.

Hotel was hard to find due to small name plate on

The room was in need of sprouching up and was a little dated. I was not impressed with the bathroom bwhich was down the hall.

Bon rappport qualité prix je recommande

Très bon séjour, chambre spacieuse et propre. Toilette et douche dans une pièce à côté mais privatifs. Pamela très disponible si on a des questions. Petit déjeuner basique mais suffisant. On est à 5min du metro manzoni et 20min à pied du colisée. Seul léger bémol c est le bruit qu on entend des voitures mais tellement fatigués de la journée qu on a réussi à bien dormir.

Das B+B liegt gut gelegen in der Nähe der Metrostation (Busstation ist zwar näher, die Busse sind aber eher unzuverlässig) und zu Fuss nur ca. 15 Minuten vom Kolosseum entfernt. Sauberkeit, Komfort und Freundlichkeit haben uns sehr positiv überrascht und auch das Frühstück auf dem Zimmer war abwechslungsreich und reichhaltig. Für Personen, die viel Ruhe zum Schlafen brauchen, ist das B+B eher ungeeignet. Die Strasse ist eher stark befahren, die Fenster halten den Lärm kaum ab und auch die Nachbarn sind gut hörbar. Für Leute mit einem guten Schlaf ist das B+B auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

proximité en bordure de route

beaucoup de bruit venant des pièces voisines et du trafic route extérieur surtout la nuit et en semaine. la salle de bain n'est pas dans la chambre mais en face dans le couloir (mention mal exprimée dans l'annonce)

Nice location, great price and breakfast

Conveniently located, just 7 mins from the nearest station and 25 minutes from the Colosseum, it's clean and easy going.
